Payments and Billing

Unless stated otherwise in writing, payments are made directly to the contractor under your separate agreement. Taxes, permit fees, utility costs, and disposal fees may be added where applicable.

If the contractor requests a deposit or progress payment, the schedule and amounts will be specified by the contractor. Late or returned payments may incur fees set by the contractor. Radon Mitigation York PA does not hold client funds in escrow.

Access, Permits, and Site Conditions

You are responsible for obtaining required permits unless the contractor expressly agrees in writing to obtain them on your behalf. Additional charges may apply if concealed conditions, design changes, or code requirements require extra labor or materials.

Warranties and Disclaimers
