Referral Marketing Disclosure

Purpose of this disclosure

This disclosure explains how Radon Mitigation York PA uses referral marketing to connect homeowners with independent contractors for radon mitigation, radon testing, and post-mitigation radon test in York, PA and nearby communities.

Radon Mitigation York PA is a local referral platform based in York, PA. We do not perform contracting or testing work ourselves. Independent contractors provide all services and set their own pricing and terms.

What referral marketing means here

Referral marketing means Radon Mitigation York PA may introduce you to one or more independent contractors who offer services such as radon mitigation, radon testing, and related follow-up work. When you request information or service through our site, we may share the details you provide with suitable contractors so they can respond.

Post-mitigation radon test helps confirm results. Contractors may recommend or provide follow-up testing after a system is installed, consistent with applicable guidelines.

How referrals work on this site

When you submit a form or otherwise request service, we may share your contact information, project details, and service location with one or more contractors who serve your address. Sharing is limited to what is needed to connect you and coordinate next steps.

Contractors may reach out to you by phone, text, or email to discuss scope, timing, and pricing. You decide whether to speak with them, request a proposal, or hire anyone. Your submission does not obligate you to proceed.

Compensation and incentives

Radon Mitigation York PA may receive compensation from contractors for making a referral or when a project moves forward. This may be a flat fee, a per-lead fee, or another agreed arrangement with the contractor.

Any compensation to Radon Mitigation York PA is separate from what you pay the contractor. Contractors independently determine their pricing. We do not add a surcharge to your price, and you are free to seek bids from any provider inside or outside our network.

Transparency and independence

We aim to be clear when a referral relationship exists. Educational content on this site is intended to be informative and is not influenced by whether a contractor pays a referral fee.

Listing order or the specific contractor you are matched with may reflect your location, availability, service requested, and contractor coverage; not payment alone. Radon Mitigation York PA does not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or pricing.

Your choices

Using our site is optional. You can decide not to submit a request, to end a conversation with any contractor, or to hire a provider you find elsewhere. If you submit a request and later change your mind, you can let the responding contractor know you are not moving forward.

You can also ask that we limit further sharing of your information after submission. See our Privacy Policy for details on data practices and choices.

Where referrals may occur

Referrals commonly occur in York, PA and nearby areas, including York Township, PA, Dover Township, PA, Manchester Township, PA, and West Manchester Township, PA. Coverage may expand or change based on contractor capacity and licensing requirements.

Mention of a town does not mean every contractor serves every address. Availability depends on each contractor’s service map and schedule.

Who is responsible for the work

The independent contractor you choose is solely responsible for the work performed, including advice, testing methods, installation, permits, warranties, and follow-up. Review each proposal carefully and ask about credentials, insurance, and guarantees.
